To embrace SZTM’s coming 17 years anniversary, and to memorize our youth time, last Tuesday，we held a “17 years age evening”, at this evening, we were all 17 years old, we were little devils, pinky girls, when we recall our youth, we found our intial dream, our innocent nature.
The pinky girl, pinky clothes, pinky hair, she was the meeting master-Sunny Wanglian, during the meeting, she was attractive and charming, leading the speakers, and connected the meeting.

he told us some lessons learned in toastermaster, Lizhen once took the role of meeting manager, which need to take charge of orgnizing our meeting, due to the careless, he made some mistakes. In his work, he also makes mistakes ocassionally. The lessons are the same, we need to put our heart into our works and our life, be well prepared and consider all the situations.
Megan Luo:“Don’t be afraid, enjoy the moment
it was a delicious and nutritious soul soup. What are you afraid of？why？And how could you conquer your fear? The are many situations that we have anxiety and fear, there are ways to overcome it, be well prepared, put your feet into others’ shoes, and make friends with fear, enjoy the moment. Inspired content, suitable guestures make a wonderful speech.
Tao Qi: Embrace the boredom.
someone plays cellphone, some one play games, and sometimes we find boredom make us anxious, how to live with boredom? Tao chooses to run, he runs to leave a place to himself, he runs to think, he run to relax, by runing longly, even though he is alone, but will not feel boring, it is the time to acompany himself.
Jeff Wu: Lesson from an egg
Life like an egg, if we break from inside, it is a new life, if it is broken from outside, it is food. Jeff learned this lesson from his father and changed his life, he also taught it to other people, and changed their life. Be active and be our master of life, we will be reborn.
David, Jane, Vivian and Eric gave evaluations to the above speakers individully, their feedback were very helpful.
They warm, soft, detailed, complete, constructive, they gave praise, suggestion and encouragement.
02 Break time
we had guest sharing, they introduced themselves and showed interest in our meeting, welcome all the guest to join us again.
03 Table topic session
The table topic speech session was fantastic. The theme was 17 years old, running man Frank held this part, he like a magician, the questions were unpredictable.8 speakers delivered their impromptu speeches. They recalled the life when 17 years old, their dreams, expectation and their regret, said some words to the youth and shared the most memorable moment. At this evening, we were all 17 years old, we passed to the golden years, to the flower season, the rainy season, the season of hope and dreams.
“Proffesor” Louis evaluated Table topic session. He divided the speakers into 2 groups,
The first group was the excellent group, they had some fixed skills to give a short speech, complete story structure, attractive opening, focused close, and good transition. The second group need to improve in some angles, such as speed, body languages, and structures.
We had our big boss –GE, Zoe Zhang, she evaluated the whole meeting and the rest roles. Careful observation and deep thinking, she could pick out the slim details and give suggestion accordingly, no wonder we call her “big devil”.
04 Diligent facilitators
Thanks to our Timer April, Grammarian Fish, Ah-counter Max, Harkmaster Lingyun, you work hard to record and make sure that we have a high qulified meeting.
05 Voted the best
At last, we voted the best roles, best prepared speaker was Megan Luo, best table topic speaker and best evaluator Eric Liu, best master Sunny Wang, best facilitator April Luo. Congratulations to all the best, you are our models.

On 9-6 SZTM will have a party to celebrate its 17 years birthday, it is a big event, we can enjoy fabulous performance and workshop, meet many talented people, warmly welcome to join us!
