“Cosplay”, when we think of it, you may relate it with exaggerated and strange clothes, but we did that with action and speech, in SZTM’s “Cosplay”meeting,3 prepared speakers,5 impromptu speakers,9 guests and 21 people enjoyed the interesting event.

Golden master Fish held the meeting, Fish was not a fish but a handsome man. He was as flexible as fish, sometimes he cosplayed a monkey, sometimes he cosplayed a role in the speech, his hosting style was funny and humorous.

The table topic speech session was very interesting. Master April chose some movie roles as topics. The speakers need to cosplay and meanwhile gave a speech, and the audiences guessed who it was. It was like the game of “performance and guess”.
The first impromptu speaker was always Lizhen, when he got the topic, he showed a series of Kong fu, actually Lizhen practised Kong fu everyday. He imitated a superstar and told the star’s story, the audiences immediately guessed it was Bruce Lee, a world famous Kong fu star.
The second speaker was Annika. She was a guest, her topic was about a singer, so she sang a song, and also told us the singer’s story, the song was very popular, the singer was Fei yuqing.
The third speaker was Christine. As an English teacher, she told us some details of a artist smoothly, and it was a little bit hard to guess, finally she told us it was Vincent Willem van Gogh, a well-known artist.
The fourth speaker was Sunny Wanglian, she picked up a cartoon figure-一休, she discbribed it vividly, she was talktive, from the figure on, she talked about 龙猫，and dream, at end she didn’t forget to conclude that although the movie is virtual, but life is real, just go forward.
The fifth speaker was Joan. Joan is a good story teller, she picked a ancient TV figuer and told us the story, she remebered the TV story very clearly and could repeat it smoothly, admire her speech ability.
Eric brother evaluated the table topic sesion. He made some innovation this time, instead of speaking by himself alone, he asked the speakers to evaluate themselves firstly, and then he gave suggestions to them, such as interaction with audiences and the slowing down the speed, that was really helpful.

For the prepared speech, there were three prepared speakers.
The first one was Sunny Wanglian again. Her title was “Why VPPR?”
She is an old mem of toastermaster, and had been President, VPM, SAA, VPPR, VPE, nearly all the officer position. And on the way of election, she had strong competitors, she once failed, but as she said “Never give up！”. She shared her purpose of being a officer and her leading values, and we see her change from a common member to a leader. Toastermaster is a positive place, which help each other, improve each other, we witnessed that from Sunny’s growing process.
The second prepared speaker was Lizhen. His title was “My leadership style”. He told us a interview experience and found that his priority was technology, technoloy and communication all are important, but for him, he want to be a leader not only relying on communication skills, he will insist on original career plan as technical leader.
The third speaker was Louis, his title was“Negotiation with boss”. He recalled a fatal negotiation with his boss, he want to open a new market, and persuaded his boss to support him. To negotiate, he listed the benifits and costs of the plan, and also did deep invistgation.
It was a straightforward negotiation stategy, but effective, his boss agreed his plan and he applied his ideas, like painting pictures on a blank paper, full of achievement feeling.

For the invidual evaluators, Koby, Vivian Pan and Vivian Liu, they gave detailed and specific evaluations to each speaker, from objectives, structures to the contents, body language, and also suggestions, very completely. Especially, Koby was our old member, he is a humorous and advanced speaker, he cosplayed a monkey, making us laugh, he come back to join our family again, embrace your back.

Joan evaluated the whole meeting, she noticed that some members were very busy in the meeting, she appreciated the people behind the meeting, she confirmed the shining sides of the roles and also gave some improvement advises to the roles, such as throwing the note away, and making the time card more clear.

Thanks to the deligent facilitators timer Max Liu, Grammarian -Lizhen, Ah-counter- Megan, and Harkmaster -Miguel, your jobs promote the meeting quality.

We also voted the best, best prepared speaker-Sunny Wanglian, best master-Fish, best Table topic speaker-Joan, best evaluator-Eric Liu, congratuations to all of them!
There were 9 guests joining our meeting, their English were very fluent, and
some were talktive, SZTM is a good stage for you to display and practise. Welcome come and join us again!
In the end, I am pretty happy our grandpa Koby decided to renew his membership fee, join us again.
