2021 年 12 月 6 日，118 大区杰出俱乐部先锋、教育卓越俱乐部、Pathways 开通先锋俱乐部获奖名单公布。
On December 6, 2021, the winners of District 118 Distinguished Club Pioneers, Education Excellence Clubs and pathways Adoption Pioneers were announced.

能获得这样的成绩非常不错！杰出俱乐部是指，每年要完成 10 个目标，包括教育、会员人数、培训和管理等。
It is a great achievement! Getting the reward of Distinguished Club Pioneers requires the club to finish 10 goals, including education, member number, training and management, etc.

2 SZTM 新官员第一次会议召开!
2021 年 12 月 5 日，SZTM 新官员第一次会议召开。本次内部会议由 VPE Tony 主持，起初不理解（表面略显浮夸），之后整个过程让人大受震撼。
The first meeting of the new officer team of SZTM was held on December 5, 2021. VPE Tony presided over this internal meeting. At first, we couldn’t understand it (slightly exaggerated on the surface), and we were shocked and surprised at the end of the meeting.

1.运作原则
我们可以从三个维度，来讨论我们接下来的运营。见下图：
Executive （E）
官员团队之间的运作和管理
Innovation（I）
SZTM 一系列创新：活动、模式、运营方式等
Operation（O）
支撑以上两点的日常运作和执行
2. 开始会议前，确定几点
Vision = Why we are doing this, or expectation after 6m
Mission = What we are going to do, or what is our goal
3. 所有议题最终要 SMART 计划
Specific：详细，清晰，理解一致
Measurable：可度量，可衡量
Attainable：可实现，可达成，不浮夸，不 YY
Relavent：所执行动作要与目标相关，模糊不定放 PL
Time-based：有时间限制
PL=parking lot，代表暂定话题，之后拿回来讨论
感谢 Tony！会议按时结束，完成所有议题，明确了任期 6 个月内的目标和任务。具体是什么呢？Flag 先不对外公开了，万一超目标完成了呢~
Thanks to Tony! The meeting ended on time, and we completed all our topics, defined the objectives and tasks within the six-month term. What exactly is our goal? Let’s remain it as a secret now. Maybe the final result will exceed our expectation.
