In the past 24 hours, three things are important for me:
Travelling report, working (chat with students andtalk with colleagues), reading for two hours.
The most impressive thing for me is the travellingreport. It can help me make money in the future.

If today is a work day, most of the time will bespent on work.

Luckily, I’m not so busy. I can visit my friends or see the psychology doctor.
If it’s a holiday, I will watch a movie, stay athome, TV, or go to the library.

I think it would be better to give your speech anending, like:
Life is made up by all the simple moment every day. A warming greeting can make your day ，a bunch offollowers will light up your smile and a golden sunset will brings you goodluck，whichall depend on how you see the world.

When I was in college, I thought I would spend 24hours on work, because I want to be a very very very successful woman like theheroine in TV.
Now I spend 8 hours or more time on my work. I thinkthat’s enough. I feel so tired after work. I have to be engaged in my work. Theboss always want you to be more.
Working over time makes me sick and my brain cannotwork efficiently.
I have a lot of things to do, so I need refresh the brain.

For me, 24 hours a day is too short. You need tospend 1/3 time on sleep, 8h work.
You have a way to sleep just 4 hours and be full ofenergy, such as Kaifu Li. But recently he got a cancer. I don’t want to die soearly.
What if we have longer time, 36 hours a day? I wouldhave more time to do my own things, such as cooking more delicious food.

Imagine that if you life was only left 24 hours, what would you do?
I would spend the day with my family and belovedfriends together. We would cook a meal, sit around the table to enjoy it. I’dlike to share my happiest and saddest days with them, tell them how much I lovethem, sing a song and look the pictures we take together. In the end, I wouldsay “Thank you” to everyone for coming to my life.

If there are only 24hs left，we surely want to spend with ourbeloved one.
and Ariel show us a vivid pictures how would it begoing with families in the last 24hs. You use so many descriptive word so thatwe can easily imagine the scenes.
It’s suggested you put up with an example to enrichyour content: like the words /secrets you always wanna say but didn’t ，and imagine their reaction as well.

In work days, I spend 8h on work, 8h on sleep and 8hon study and entertainment.
I usually get up at 7:30, have the breakfast, readtill 9 o’clock, go to work at 10, do listening exercise. After the lunch and snap, I continue to work.
It seems to be normal and usual on work days, but Ilike them.

Pls pay attention that your speech is overtime
It should be 【divideit into 2parts】not 【from 2 parts 】
It’s suggested to describe the work day part and then begin your weekend day part.
It’s advised to conclude with what benefit do you get from your regular routine life，the healthy body or the good habit of reading ，gradually improved listening and so on.
■ April
Right at the moment, I really wish I have double time a day. It’s really hard for us toseparate the time of work, sleep and personal affairs.
At the growing stage of our career, we hardly have our own time. We need to spend timewith the clients, attend meetings and share something with colleagues and the boss, share time with boyfriend or girlfriend. When there is a conflict between the work and life, it’s really hard to make a decision, so I wish I could have more time to do my own things.

We know that you just off-work at 11pm from the broadcast in your voice message. When the work is occupied too much your time and energy ，the conflict may come out.
It’s suggested April you can simplify the divisions of your time ，but give the specific circumstance when you lack of time with families，and focus on how you deal with the conflict or giving some suggestions on dealing with it.
