Sunny Wang lian was the TME of the meeting, she was a sunny and optimistic girl, her hosting style was very happy, making the whole meeting relaxed.
Table Tobic Section
The first part was table topic part, Dobby held this part, the topic was “how to be alone?”
It was a meaningful topic.
The first speaker was Fish, his topic was “how solitude enhances and devolopes that self-awareness?”Fish was an software engineer, before his company was his computer, and busy with his work, but late after he joined toastermaster, he was not alone again, he feels happy when joining the meeting.
The second speaker was Jeff, his topic was “Why autonomous, free, self-fulfilling individuals nowadays are terrified of being alone with themselves?”he was a person of high self-discipline, he told us that stay alone is a good thing and important thing.
The third speaker was Alvin, his topic was “have you done the solo adventure?”he introduced a solo adventure to mountain ermei, and found that be alone was a sate, you can enjoy it, it was a new experience to know the nature and ourselves.
The fourth speaker was Alexandar, her title was “discrible sth enjoyable you do alone”. She recalled her travelling to South Korea and Japan, and learned time management and finacial management.
The fifth speaker was Tao Qi, his title was about his understanding about a stence “it appears to be a law that you cannot have a deep sympathy with both man and nature.” It has really very deep meaning, and it is hard to connect man and nature, it was a hard topic.
Prepared Speech Section
The first speaker was SunnyWang Fang, her title was “Unpleasant Advice”. Because she made huge improvement after her teacher’s advice, she told us that a unpleasant advice may be benefical for us through her driving-learning experience.
The second speaker was Vivian from Chengdu Club. Her title was “instucing on the internet”. She told us how to prepare a speech and how to present it, how to reduce nervousness, and she also used example to show us how to introduce ouslves at the stage.
Evaluation Team
Zoe Zhang as the TTE delivered detailed and useful evaluation to every speaker and also gave suggestions to them. From transition to structure, also personal stories, her evaluation was very completely.
For the individual evaluation part, the first one was Ying Wang for Sunny Wang fang. She evaluated from the content, stucture and orgnization, and also suggested her to pay attention to the eye contact, guestures and camera.
The second IE was Jeff, he was honest and a little harsh, and pointed out the shining point: serious attitude, clear stucture, valuable example. Jeff also said it was not enough to reach the objective and advise her to try again.
General evaluator was Cynthia Zhai, She delivered detailed evaluation to the roles, and most important, she thought the meeting was a little serious, and advised to bring back the fun, and bring back the energy, for joint meeting, key word are excitment and fun.
Late our deligent facilitators Timer Fish, Ah-Counter Alexandra Zeng, Grammarian Louis gave their datailed report, with their hard work, the meeting’s quality was grantteed.

Our joint meeting with Chengdu was finished successfully, Chengdu is a beautiful city, look foward to going to Chengdu and joining the summit next year.
