After celebrating SZTM’s 17 years birthday, we become nostalgic, past never passes away, nostalgic means growth. Last Tuesday, we held a meeting to recall the past days, it was a exquisite meeting.
It was the first meeting after our 17 years anniversary party, so lost of guests come to our meeting, there were 14 guests, breaking our record. The guests were very enthusiastic, they joined the impromptu speech session, and introduced themselves to each other, 3 guests payed the admission and become members right then, warmly welcome all the new members, your choice were worthwhile.
The meeting master was Sunny WangLian, she was like a chain connecting the pearls，introduced the roles and leaded the transition. Her hosting style was warm and passionate, the atmosphere was happy and relaxed.

Prepared Speech
There were four prepared speakers.
The first one was David Lin, his title was “what is love?” His definition of love is “the willing to sacrifice yourself to the people and things you love”, such as for work and family. With love, we can live a fully and unique life. David delivered his online speech at Taibei, the effect was fantastic.
The second one was Tao, his title was”Electronic music”. His speech included three party: the definition of electronic music, brief review of electronic music history and why we like it. It was very interesting, through the PPT, we learned a lot of music knowledge.
The third one was Lizhen, his title was “lesson from my daughter”. Lizhen was a good student who often learned from life. By his daughter’s learning practise, he told us that fundamental practising is crucial, and both temptation and supervision are significant for kids to learn. Meaningful lessons for us.
The fourth speaker was Adrian Wang. His title was “SZTM mentoring”. He was from Canada, online early in the morning. He introduced the mentoring project, as a mentor, you need to be a good communicator, and have effective communication with mentee.
Evaluation
Zoe Zhang, Joan Zhang, Vivian Liu and April Luo gave the individual evaluations to them, Zoe was serious ans logic, Joan confirm Tao’s structure and also advise him to use less ppt pages. Vivian thought Lizhen was a little “cruel” to his daughter, April praised Adrian’s speech had a bright vision. They were all very involved and dedicated.
Table Topic
Fish was the master, he brought the topic of “nostalgic”. It was about the past days, the titles were very wide, including the ex-girlfriend, most memorable moment, and most sad moment….6 brave speaker gave their short speeches, they shared different stories, and we learned that past was a part of life, past made us complete.
Lingyun took table topic evaluator for the first time, she listened carefully and gave detailed feedback to each speakers, also she pointed out some aspects for them to improve, her style was soft and lovely, easy to accept.
At end, we voted the best roles, they were best speaker David Lin, best table topic speaker-Joan, best facilitator-Megan Luo, and best master-Sunny Wanglian, best evaluator-April. Congratulation to all of you, you are the best!
