Toastmasters Internationalis a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Englewood, Colo., until September 2019 the organization’s membership exceeds 358,000 in more than 16,800 clubs in 143 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.
头马国际演讲会是一个非营利的教育组织，在全球各地，按固定时间的会议训练公众的演讲和领导技巧。组织总部设于美国加利福尼亚州圣玛格丽塔兰乔，截至 2019 年 9 月，已有 16,800 多个分会，分布在全球 143 多个国家，约 358,000 名会员。

Toastmasters In China
The first Toastmasters club in mainland China was started in Shanghai in 1999. The first Toastmasters District in China, District 85, was established in the year of 2006-2007, and it has been a huge help and support for the establishment and growth of Toastmasters clubs around China. In the 4 years between 2006 and 2010, the number of Toastmasters Clubs in mainland China grew from about 20 to more than 100. Toastmasters Club in HK and Macau joined District 85 on July 1st, 2010. In the end of Jun 30, 2012, there are about 220 Toastmasters clubs in District 85, and over 7000 members. District 89 was born at that time.
Under the rapid development of Toastmasters in China, in 2019, another new district is ready to launch. The new district split from District 89 is District 118 which covers 11 cities in provinces include more than 150 active clubs.
中国的头马历史
中国大陆第一个演讲分会于 1999 年在上海成立。国际演讲会在中国的第一个大区于 2006 至 2007 年间成立，其后大力支持和協助演讲分会在多个城市的创办和成长。从 2006 年到 2010 年，短短 4 年间，中国大陆的演讲分会由 20 个增加到 100 多个。港澳地区的演讲分会于 2010 年 7 月 1 日加入国际演讲会中国 85 大区；令中国 85 大区演讲分会总数，于 2012 年 6 月 30 日达 220 个，会员近 7000 名，于是在其中划分出 89 大区。
国际演讲会在中国的快速发展下，2019 年再次从 89 大区中促成新的大区──118 大区。目前 118 大区，跨 11 省，在 11 个中国大陆城市一共有 150 多家活跃的头马俱乐部。
Toastmasters In Shenzhen & Shenzhen Toastmasters Club
The first Toastmasters club in Shenzhen is Shenzhen Toastmasters Club(SZTM), established on 8thSeptember 2003. Growth together with District 58, District 89 and now District 118, Toastmasters Clubs in Shenzhen are keeping developing healthy and quickly. Until September 2019 there are 61 active clubs in Shenzhen city.
As a club of Toastmasters International SZTM provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. As the first Toastmasters club in Shenzhen SZTM opens her gate to all interested parties, no matter you’re a freshman of public speech or an experienced toastmaster. We provide professional coaching and training to support you to be a better speaker and leader. Our mission/ vision is to lead your first step of Toastmasters International journey.
深圳市的头马历史以及深圳头马俱乐部
深圳市成立的第一家头马俱乐部是深圳头马俱乐部（简称 SZTM），于 2003 年 9 月 8 日成立。深圳地区的头马俱乐部作为 85 大区，89 大区以及现在的 118 大区的顶梁柱，跟随着大区一起成长。截至 2019 年 9 月，全深圳已有 61 家活跃的头马俱乐部。
作为头马国际的一员，深圳头马致力于向其会员提供积极的学习经验，帮助和支持其会员发展其沟通技巧和领导能力，并获得自信和实现个人成长。作为深圳市的第一家头马俱乐部，深圳头马向所有社会人士敞开大门，无论你是毫无演讲经验的新人，还是玩遍头马圈的“老马”。我们提供专业的培训，支持我们的会员成为更好的演讲者和领导者。我们的愿景是，带领你迈出在国际头马演讲生涯的第一步。
