A small room, a good night

Attendance was thin, seven names on the sign-up chain, and the group made peace with it afterwards in the best possible way: someone joked that a company with nine subsidiaries doesn’t need nine people to have a good meeting, and neither did they. Judging by the volume of photos and video that landed in the chat between 19:19 and 21:49, nobody was short of energy, enough that one member joked the club could put on a concert.

One line from the evening stuck with a member on the way home, echoing what had been said that night: “life is short.”

Several roles went unfilled this week — Meeting Manager among them — and the sign-up chain still had empty slots when the meeting started.
