……all for one……one for all ……we are the champion……

After 3 days holiday, everybody looked great. When I arrived at the meeting room, everyone was smiling and full of passion. Our club song “We are champion” made us all cheerful immediately.

Now Nick Gong, our VPE (Vice-president education) was preparing the word of day“Harmonious” on the blackboard. We were deeply liked this word, we do hope our relationships are harmonious every day.

Franklin Zheng, our Sergeant At Arm, was introducing our SZTM CLUB mission & asking all our members and guests to read the mission together. Our mission exactly matches well with our slogan, one for all, all for one.

Our President Helen Duan was doing opening remarks, you can see her confidence on her face, she always smiles on the stage no matter in English or Chinese. We like the leader as this style, which makes meeting more attractive and enjoyable.

Wow, our new star Demi Ye, master of tonight’s table topic, she just transferred her membership from Guangzhou Toastmasters to our Shenzhen Toastmasters last week bcz of her internship in Shenzhen company. Even though she is a green hand in society, looks so young, her confidence on the stage shocked all of us.

Tonight guests were extremely active, Miranda was brave enough to be the first Table topic speaker. Also one guy Carl from Jiangxi province made all us laugh because of his shy and humor on the stage for the first time! No matter you are experienced TM or the first time speaker, no matter you speak well or not, you are always welcomed, and we SZTM try to offer you chance to practise. Hence every guest, pls don’t forget to register your name on our book, we will remember you and give you more sharing.

Our VPPR Srong was evaluating the table topic session，he feel very happy that so many guest are quite brave to come to the stage for the first time！

How exciting it was, an angel Shelly Hu made an extremely and quickly decision to join our SZTM family, last week she just joined our meeting for the first time. You can’t imagine the power of action. Now she was reading pledge, beside her was a handsome man Sandro Lee as her mentor.

Lancy Lai，our energetic member，was gving her CC1 speech. She is full of positive energy. To improve English skill, she has attended all the English corner in Shenzhen! This is really very unbelievable and amazing！And her speech is very valuable，she has shared her experience in her life and job. Through her speech, she has successfully introduced herself to all the fellow members！Wonderful！

Hill He, our current Sargent At Arm, was giving his CC4 speech, the tile was responsibility, you can see his confidence. From him, we assure practice makes perfect. Hill always encourages me. Besides, he makes great contribution to our SZTM, every time he gives us valuable and practical suggestion to solve problem, we need him and we love him.

Guests self-introduction section, a huge team as many as 11 guests tonight. The same as before, we invited all guests to come to stage to say and share something they liked.

Donnya Zhang, our treasurer was doing her ADV 4.4 speech, title was my travelling. Most people like travelling during holiday for relaxation, we could learn more as well.

Nature Sheng, our IPP was evaluating Hill He, you can see her performance become more and more professional, she is a powerful lady.

Sandro Lee, governor of Area I, was evaluating Donnya. Frankly speaking, he was very strict to evaluate Donnya and delivered valuable suggestion. We knew his purpose was to help us to improve more progress and become more and more great.

Finally Ivy Cai, she is our club coach, she always gives us strict but good evaluation. She is an experienced TM as she joined TM for 7 years. She could point out the key points for each role takers, we do believe next time we can do better under her help.
