388th Meeting

The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:

the second was the CEO’S new member, Joyce Liu, the speech was her first speech ontoastmaster journey, even this, her performance was very nautral. meanwhile, shesang a song《Let It Go》 at the end of her speech, this action do gave me a big surprise.

Tonight, the toastmaster belong to the Franklin Zheng, he got better than I saw his first time, it is a amazing for me, the proverb “The practice make the perfect” was proven well.

Shenzhen Toastmastersclub 388th meeting was convened

on Tuesday Aug.19 2014. It was a fabulous meeting. Also it was a big day

for ourclub, because we hold the meeting wtith our bother club—CEO

club, they slogan is Chase Excellence, Overcome Selves. Wonderful. I am very

like the sentence. How about you feel? And then let me lead you to see

fantastic moments in themeeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, CEO’s StarJi and SZTM’s Hill HE gave us the opening and announced the meeting rules. At here I must said, they did a good job and looking their simle.

And our president Strong Zheng gave the normal opening remark. His behavior always catched the audienceattention. Look! Do you be attract by his behavior?

The table topic master was Danielle Ouyang, thetopic is very easy to talk: JOBS, the site atmosphere was competitive. some peoplewas very lucky: Ivy, Jimmy, Leah, Ken, Hnna and Jenny joined the section.

The following seciton was table topicevaluation the evaluator was the famous person. His name is Nelson. He is a coachin toastmasters, he gave every speecher detail evaluations, I have learn a lotfrom him.

The prepraed speech section was coming, thefirst one was Xiao Fangfang, his speech name is Two Speical Books, and thesecond was the CEO’S new member, Joyce Liu, the speech was her first speech ontoastmaster journey, even this, her performance was very nautral. meanwhile, shesang a song《Let It Go》 at the end of her speech, this action do gave me a big surprise.

We always welcome our gusets to share theirexperience on the toastmaster’s stage, it was amaing for 11 guests athere, Coming here share you experience next time.

And then SZTM’S VPM Lancy Lai share herCC3, Her speech was talked about Vegetarian, I have not idea about this beforethe speech, and now I knew a little about the vegetarian., widened my mind, andthe next speaker was the CEO’s member, her name was Sunny Hong, she is very liketravel, Do you like this? So her speech name was Travel Alone, I think you willlike her speech very much, because I feel you like travel too. Am I right?

The next section was evaluation for speakers. thefirst handsome people was the CEO’s Star Ji, he evaluated Frederic Fang, hisevaluation just like a speech, vivid and precise for the speech.

The next evaluator was the SZTM’SAA, hisname is Hill He, he evaluated for CEO’s Joyce Liu, Yes, she sang a song, theevaluation is very professional and natural, he praised Joyce smile, bodylanguage and the good end.

The following evaluator was Shirley Chen, abeautiful girl, she evaluated Lancy Lai speech. You could look she was verypassion and comfrotable on the stage,

The next one was SMTM’s Donnya Zhang, she evaluatedSunny Hong’s speech, her body language was vivid and humorous, meanwhile gavesome suggestions for Sunny, Excellent evaluator.

the next coming was very important moment, three bestspeaker voted by audience, the best table topic speaker was Jimmy, the bestprepared speeched belong to two beautiful girl. SZTM’s Lancy Lai and CEO’s clubnew member-Joyce Liu. and the best evaluator came to SZTM’s Donnya Zhang, let’scongratulated them.

That was the exciting momentsin the 388th meeting, and hoping you attend our meeting next time.
