426th Meeting

The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:

Dear Distinguished Members and Most Welcome Guests,

It seems there are always some regular things that are worthwhile to be waited in a week. For example, some people wish the Friday come earlier, so they can enjoy watching the Hunan TV’s program of Tian Tian Xiang Shang(天天向上), whichbroadcasts once only on Friday.

This is human nature that every person wish have fun in a certain period, especially in a busy week. And without doubt, Friday is the most popular day in a week forthe most of the people.

Now, coming to the point, why interesting things are regularly happening on Tue? Yes, That’s the meeting of Shenzhen Toastmasters Club. We only hold it and have such well prepared gathering only once on Tue in a week.

This Tue, we will have our SZTM’s 426th meeting, which will give you thedifference experiences.

During this meeting, English and Chinese, both of them can be the option as themeeting language. It will be interesting, why?

Because lots of members in theclub, as I know, they feel humbled when refer to English or some good Englishpublic speak.

Now, you will have the chance to build your confidence by using Chinese.

The theme is one of the 7 habits to a highly efficient person—Be Proactive. Doing things under the attitude of positive, proactive and initiative, you will make lots of differences. Person who always consider things under the sunshine and doing things positive, he will finally find the sunshine and move the things well.

Instead, people who are always in the confusion and in the situation of depresses, will even make the hopeful thing turn to a failure. God bless the proactive person. A good attitude is no doubt a good beginning. On the meeting, Uncle Eric will lead us to go through this topic and he will bring his thinking on it.

Except of that, 1 prepared speech and another splendid workshop are on theschedule.

接 下来的工作坊，是我们俱乐部花大力气挖过来的一位巨星—Allen 谢伦波。他是一位很有成就的创业达人，同时也是专注于沟通艺术的职业培训师。这次他 会从一个与众不同的一个视角，联系唐诗去谈沟通艺术。唐诗作为一个时期文化的瑰宝，作为中华文化的一枝独秀，具有一定的文化共性。然而联系唐诗谈沟通艺术，非大师级人物，绝对不能胜任。本周二，谢先生将把他十几年对于唐诗的研究，化作一堂三十分钟的工作坊。
