I want to know the result, because i really lack of exercise. I’m super confused of taking exercise in Gym or Outdoor. Is anyone confused like me?

First of all, thanks to our hard-working facilitators and evaluators. The incrediable meeting depends on their contribution.

Experienced TM members to host the meeting and the table topic session.

1，TME, Uncle Eric, is an attractive figure. He succeeded to make all the sessions movesmoothly. Sometimes his voice is full of changes. But what impresses people ishis good skills of promotions and good techniques of communications.

2，TTM, Michelle Ye, she thinks of various of questions under the theme–Career orWork. What if you are a businessman, a construction worker, a nurse, a teacher, a cleaner or a scientist, what would you do? All the questions need immediateresponses, so all of them need the speakers to use their imaginations. An veryexcited and awesome part! Under the table topic session, there are 9 speakers to make the impromtu speeches. All of them are wonderful.

Fresh Facilitators, who take the roles at the first time.

3，Timer: DemiHuang She is a responsible timer eventhough she feels she hates to be the bad person to hit the bell.

4，Ah-counter: JimmyZhang He is not only taking the role ofah-counter job, but giving various suggestions to the speakers like GE.

5，Grammarian: Candy Yang She is a aspirant girl to make the change sothat she brings an innovative word “Aspirant”. “Follow me, read the word ‘Aspirant’ three times”. So everybody uses the word of day atleast three times.

6, Atry performs her first show in the warm-up game to make all the participants feel high.

7, Yolanda Liu, being the host of the Guest Show session, is successful to lead all the guests to enjoy the stage.

8, Summon Guan takes charge of the MOT and makes that session that charming as well.

Well-prepared speech session, in which we have 4 speeches.

1，New member, Penney Peng brings her first speech. Not talking about herself but sharing something new, she choose an unique topic–Lean In. Excuse me the innocence to lose all the points, but she is really shinning and enjoying the stage.

2，James Lu presents his third speech–self motivation. He uses his two experiences to illustrate points. The first one comes to the driver license. Even lots of time has passed, there is no any updates on it. If you can do self-motivations, definitely it needs surroundings while the driver-learning center can’t provide it at all. Instead, the second experience, joining toastmaster meeting is a good experience which drives him crazy to involve it.

3，Eric Liu gives his third speeches as well–Transform Myself. At the beginning, he makes a small twist, who’d like to transform him? Cherry can transform her husband, while he doesn’t have husband or there is no need. Her elder sister transform her husband, instead of him. And then he hits the point–he needs to transform himself. Connected with his life story with his philosophy, he is always charming and wins big applause.

4，Lily Zhou, satisfies her objectives by using body language to distinguish her speech. Square Dance, means dance with some senior person. But she is very nice when she moves and shocks her body under the rhythm” 1,2,3,4/2,2,3,4/3,2,3,4”.

Evaluation sessions with various kinds of style evaluators.

1，Table topic evaluator, Michael Liu, when he is speaking, it just like the traffic being jammed, lots of pauses and sometimes losing the points. More practice is needed.

2，Other evaluators Candy Lei, Nick Gong and Cherry Zhang, they speaks very fluent, of course, no traffic jams, what’s more, they always give the speakers the supportive feedback.

General Evaluator, Koby Sa, he makes his part as the one of the most excited time in the meeting. He gives encouragements to the facilitator team by using his humorous way. As well, using jokes to point out the weakness of the experienced members. Interesting but always nutritious!
