No.1, the first one comes from our IPP Eric Liang:

On Eric’s TM journey, there are tens of thousands of milestones? such as more than 3000 hours english learning and competing for the President of SZTM after joining the club for 1 months. What kind of story will he tell this time? Let’s wait and see what happens?

No.2, The second one will be delivered by Kevin Wei:

This speaker is angel in white. He is always a warm hearted man. We all saw his great progress not only in english speech, but aslo in his career. In the past times, he insists on learning and learning. He always keeps zeal on his focuses. Carry on moving. Let’s expect his stroy by himself.

I think you’d better come early to have a seat. Or else I’m afraid that you would have no space to put you feet. lol

491st meeting reviewSuperb Story & Postcard Night

Once upon a time, there were a group of lovely SZTMers, they were always happy and hard-working with sunny smiles. In there, it was heart to heart.

One day, a fairy Nina brought some cards which have different meanings and showed in this family, and then a story began.

Our heroine Cherry was looking for a delicious main dish for our SZTMers. As we knew, the main dish was usually not served at the beginning, so she had to keep moving and seeking.

She met with three nice ladies who taught her pay attention to the time, cook without unnecessary ingredients and put some ingredients with correct order. (Speech likes cooking, if cook too long, it would be burned and done; If we have too many unnecessary words, it will make your speech inefficiently delivery; If chef put some ingredients with the wrong order, just like sometimes we put a sentence in a wrong way, it would be not good. )

During the journey, she was invited to an imitation party.

Some were imitating powerful father/sweet mother, some were famous singer/nice manager, or vivid clubmate/humorous friend or a Boss wife. All of actors & actresses were talented and wonderful in the performance. Finally she also got a chance to imitate an excellent leader. What a superb party it is!

She kept going and joined in an outing.

An angel white Kevin, showed his kindness and responsibility when someone fell down. He also said ‘Life is colorful. Carrying on chasing your dream! Carrying on loving your life!’

One day afternoon, Cherry went to a gym to do some exercises. Wow, why they were so many people playing the badminton?

Because of Uncle Eric. Why be a toad not a frog? Because a toad always has a dream. Uncle Eric encouraged us to enjoy the process, otherwise you never knew what the result was and how good you were.

‘ Talis! Talis! Talis Wong! ‘,
‘Who’s that?’
‘You don’t know? Come with us’.

Then Cherry was brought to a Talk Show. It was about story telling for effective persuasion. He was a really genius in public speaking, it looked like watching a movie by his show. First, Let me showed you some points before watching his show：

1. Failure is a part of success, perseverance is very important.

2. Using simple words while telling a story, let’s see, hear and feel.

3. Why stories? How to tell? Let’s enjoy the show.

Finally Cherry found out not only the main dish but also the appetizer, the soup and the dessert. The SZTMers shared and enjoyed the delicious meal together at the end.

After enjoyed the picturesque story, there were some people wanna say something:

Carol: ‘Why we can imitate the familiar roles so vividly? Because we observe, we think and we remember. '

Candy: ‘I see his strong determination of learning, I hear a wonderful story, and I feel I fall in love with you……tonight. ’

Michael: ‘The true experience has more power than the things the actor showed.’

Steven: ‘I feel energetic because NLP trainer Talis came here.’
