Emotion
This review of SZTM's 500th meeting, held without president Carol, records VPE Elly opening with roses for a new member and the top user of the day's word. Four CC1 speakers, Michael Chen, Bell Tang, Celia Li and Crystal Chen, gave prepared speeches on direction, a workplace story, leaving one's comfort zone and self-improvement, each with a different first-time evaluator, before Cherry closed with a promotion for Samuel's workshop.

“Hurrah!" Summer vacation is coming, and wejust finished our 500th meeting. It is time to unleashourselvesandto learn something new and share ideas together.
Our president Carolwas not available today so our VPE Elly made the opening remark and encouraged us to jointhe 2016 Fall Speech Contest. She also prepared five roses:one was for our new member Maxwell, and one for the person who used the “word of today” the most, and the rest for the best speakers. (Nice gifts)
Prepared speech: 4 CC1 speakersMichael Chen:
Direction came from our inside and outside. There were 2 important places for him: hometown and college, which guided him to SZTM here tonight.
Bell Tang:
He shared his experience of rubbish collection when he worked in a Japanese company. We should learn from Japan about rubbish clarification.
Celia Li:
Staying in comfort zone only gave her the weak foundation of knowledge and it destroyed her power to tackle new challenges. So she changed her mind and steppedoutof her comfort zone, and tried to learn and practice. Finally she got accepted by the college she applied to by showing her insistence and enthusiasm.
Crystal Chen:
‘It is not easy to find out who you are and what you really want. It takes you a lifetime to know yourself better. ‘
