Table Topic:

Penney Peng brought us various topics, and promised to give one special gift for each topic~Wow, so many attractive gifts that Uncle Eric Liangcouldn’t help but “jumping to the stage”to be the first one to tell us that the leaf is a part of the tree and inspired us to be ourselves.

Scarlett Ligot less in some part like experience, but got more in the other aspect like courage. Sometime less means more.Coco shared her study experience: If you want to go far, go together; if you want to go fast, go alone.

Brother Eric Liucan see the differences between before and after he joined TM. They are: growth and friendship.

Michael Liu thought 1990s are a totally different and special generation from the 1980s and 1970s.

Walesaid sunrise is a metaphor for babies while sunset is for the elderly, but the sunset didn’t mean the end, it means another new start.

Candy Lei set Carol as a leader who attracts people by her leadership while a boss is someone who employs stuff to work for him by paying money. We also saw the leader in Candy.

Cherry Zhang: Such an perfectional evaluator who gave us an example without “one-by-one”mode, and gave us an vivid demo as well.

Roller coaster makes people excited, but what if it happened in your work? Jimmy showed us his “roller coaster”experience during one of his IT program about the Hackathon. What’s roller coaster like? His evaluator Wilson Lishowed us the ups and downs using his body. And what’s Hacthon? Wilson also said “that is Hack+Marathon”. Such vivid evaluation!

Zach Yang: CC3It doesn’t have to be big.

Something in our life we always hope them to be big. The bigger, the better. Like the salary, diamonds, houses and cars. And some famous buildings in the world are famous for their splendid architecture structure. But it doesn’t always mean the biggest the best, like the European Championship: Small country like Portugal got the best, while big country likes Russia even didn’t qualify. His evaluator Samamtha Shen said “Big guy, small topic”.

To get a higer salary, you need to work hard. But what if you work so hard but you can’t get a better salary. Ringo decided to seek another job. During the job-hunting period, he started to realize that why he didn’t get a rise in his salary. He began to question himself. With the support from Cherry, he found that when the children was happy to receive his gifts, he felt happy. Back to the basic, he found it’s the meaning he worked in that company. His evaluator Lily Zhoualso inspired him to come more to TM meeting, since they joined the same day but Lily could evaluate him.

When you move into an old house, maybe you need to give it a renovation. Danielle decided to redesign her new house. With her family and her friends’ suggestion, she painted her wall and changed the sofa, the curtain and so on. She hesitated when she needed to spend a lot of money on the decoration in the beginning, but she talked to herself:”Why you come here to work? For money? No! For a better life.”When you’re on the way, think about you’re original purpose.Seven Su: It seems to decorate a house is not that difficult though Danielle’s speech.
