Breaking news, breaking news! Our women’s volleyball team won the championship. What an exciting monent for all Chinese people!

And for every SZTMs, we had another breaking news:55 People participated (including 23 guests and 32 members) SZTM 508TH meeting, which broke SZTM meeting participant number record! Congratulations, SZTM!

Speech Marathon

In marathon final, David Xing’s speech showed us a more perseverant himself who took full advantage of the opportunities offered.

Like his evaluator Arty said, standing on the stage is a success for ice breakers. We already knew who was David, just focusing on your speech, you will be better!

The second participant was Edwin Dong, he showed us the solutions to balance work, life and health. SZTM gave him inspiration for making enjoyable PPT. Spending time listening to family members, and you can figure out solutions for troubles. Doing exercise through some money incentive mechanisms can keep you healthy.

Life is like a dumbbell, we are taking lots of pressures in work and life, especially for married men with kids. Our humorous king Wilson (Edwin’s evaluator) said, married men are like mountains in our family, only by learning to balance these three elements can we make our life more enthusiastic and forge our own life path.

The third participant Michelle Ye expressed her viewpoints about early and late marriage. Even though early marriage is good for our health to have a baby and also good for taking care of the baby, she thought good things come slowly, like Ruby Lin and Jianhua Huo, a 10-year best friendship became marriage.

Evaluator Louis thought it was an objective example to reach her key information.

Next participant was trapped in procrastination, so he only had prepared his speech in 3 hours. Luckily, Nick Gong was an experienced speaker, and he knew how to prepare a speech. No pains, no gains, if you spend more time from your speech, you will learn more on it, not just get it done but learn from it.

Our handsome grandpa evaluator Koby pointed out the key to make a speech – idea. Idea is everything, it can make your speech filled with power and point.

The last participant showed us her life experience from school to work. Danielle thought that her experience led to the discovery of her hidden obsession; for the best or the better, bringing these experiences into use, can enrich her life and work.

Like evaluator Michael said, narrowing down the experiences can make the whole speech uplift the key point of the speech.
