The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:

Coco Zhou had a very difficult childhood. Being a little child in need of care, she lost her beloved father in a very young age…She also gave up the chance in order to enter the normal high shcool to support her family.

Living in a big family, Kevin Wei’s mom burdened a large pressure to support her family with 7 children after her husband died.

She was a shy girl before, who greeted the audiences with"Good morning" though our meeting was always held at night. But now she grew into a DTM(distinguished toastmaster).

When we talked about quality time, the time spent in Toastmaster(TM for short) came to my mind. This Tuesday we also had a meeting to discuss the quality time in our participants’ minds.

Table Topic

Michael Liu said he prefered to try something new like driving the plane. The world is too big, but flying makes it small. While Rania Chen shared her feeling drowning herself in the nature. her unforgetable moments was climbing the Qiniang Mountain. Same as Rania,Kevin Wei would like to spend his time on hiking.(Both of you are single, hurry up la~~TM is not just a place where leader was made, but a place where couples were made.——Don’t take it wrongly, this is a very serious platform，haha~)

Daisy stayed up late and got up late in her past. Spending so much time in bed made her feel like her time was wasted.Spring expressed her appreciation being on the stage to practice her English.Jasmin Zhai thought the most precious time was with love. Whenever you had love, you had quality time.

Personally, I liked the table topics that Candy Yang gave us, it made us think a little bit more about the meaning of our life. What quality time is differs from person to person, but the point is to do something you like, to be with the people you love. Prepare SpeechMy experience

Sometimes to guarantee the quality life, we need to go through the hard period.Coco Zhou had a very difficult childhood. She took part in the farm works when she was able to undertake it. She also gave up the chance in order to enter the normal high shcool to support her family. How strong she was! I believe having such a tough character, she will have a wonderful life in her future. Know More the Place You Are

We all know Rania like hiking very much, but we haven’t found out that she was such a careful girl in her own life. She could discover the small beautiful scenery in her daily life instead of traveling out of Shenzhen. I couldn’t agree her more. The meaning of travel is to broaden your horizon, to experience the different cultures and to relax in the marvelous view. Sometimes something or somewhere in our life can meet our needs of travel. However if I have enough time and money, I will go travelling. But I won’t be upset before I have chances to travel from now on. First to Understand, Then to be Understood

As a fealty child, Kevin wanted to help his mom with the heavy farm works. But later he found out that what his mom needed was not about the heavy work but about the understanding. He found that to communicate well, he needed to stay with her and listen to her patiently. The same treatment is needed to our own parents as well. Companion is of vital importance for the quality time. Workshop

Last but not the least was our biggest dish from the senior member——Jasmin Zhai. She was a shy girl before, who greeted the audiences with"Good morning" though our meeting was always held at night.
