577th Meeting
A review of SZTM's 577th meeting on June 27, 2017, attended by 25 members and 12 guests. New VPE Sharon Wu opened with a group dance, and new president Eva Chen ran a table topics story contest based on drawn expression pictures. Selina Yuan won best prepared speech with an impromptu talk after her planned title went unused, and outgoing president Dudu Tang closed the night with a hand-over ceremony thanking her official team.
The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:

What an impressive and fantabulous toastmaster meeting we had! There were 25 members and 12 guests show up on 27th Jun. 2017.
The warm-up session
Sharon Wu, our new VPE, passionately warmed up the atmosphere through an exciting group dance.
Table Topic Session
The table topic toastmaster, Eva Chen, our new president, successfully triggered a furious story-telling contest upon some expression pictures drawn by lot.
Wenzel，Eric Liu, Derek, Yoki, Carol, Louis ( a guest), Selina expressed their impromptu speeches on the expressions. Anyway, Eva gave us an excellent table topic session. Well done!
Prepared Speech
Selina Yuan, Wenzel Woo and Michelle Yang delivered their prepared speeches respectively. Especially, Selina’s speech title was Untitled in the agenda, she told us her title was “My Journey to My Open-mindedness"on the spot. As a matter of fact, she delivered another impromptu speech! Finally, she won the best prepared speech award. Awesome!
Guest Sharing Time
At the guest sharing time, one guest introduced that her Chinese name is Ding Yanmei and her English name is Ding Yanmei. Such a humorous guest！The meeting room LOL (laughed out loud).
The Hand-over Ceremony
Our current president, Dudu Tang, who will be our past president. She acknowledged her teammates of the current official team and presented them prize presents respectively.
As one of our positive and outstanding presidents, she reminded us of her key message that she expected to appreciate her official teammates for their efforts on serving the club, and to motivate more and more members and guests to participate our routine meeting actively and take the meeting roles proactively in order to attract much more potential members. Salute to her and thank her very much!
SZTM have ever been and will forever be a fantabulous atmosphere. Because in SZTM the ability is what you are capable of doing, the motivation determines what you will do, but the attitude determines how you do it well.
