The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:

First, make a phone call. She invited one volunteer to be her potential customer. Actually, it’s easy to be hung up when the call is from a real estate selling company. But Carol succeeded in keep talking with her customer.

At that great party, the contents were so amazing that Sandy forgot to go to the washing room.

The semi-annual new officer election meeting is here again. Do you want to know what happened and who were the new officers? Hold your horses, I’ll tell you later.

Warm up

Before we started the election this unusual part, let’s make something usual to get rid of everybody’s nervousness. The first part is the warm up, the aerobics what Wilson brought was really to make you feel hot and relax after the busy working day.

Prepared Speech

Our amazing girl, Carol Ban, who makes something that always surprise you. Her speech was not just telling you how to be a good seller, but also showing you how to sell an expensive apartment through the phone call step by step.

First, make a phone call. She invited one volunteer to be her potential customer. Actually, it’s easy to be hung up when the call is from a real estate selling company. But Carol succeeded in keep talking with her customer.

Second, try to explore customer’s needs. She figured out the customer wanted to live somewhere quiet and near the Lotus Hill Park. So she offered a series of options that meet her customer’s requirements.

Third, ask for a visit face to face. In order to make the deal, Carol tried her best to persuade the customer to visit the apartment. But Carol failed at this show because of the sharp high price of real estate in Shenzhen and this stubborn customer.

The last but not least, from Carol’s conclusion, we knew if the seller want to sell something successfully, they need to focus on the target and know more information from the customers.

After Carol’s speech, the Evaluator Michelle Yang gave her appropriate evaluation. According to the individual evaluator, as an excellent speaker, Carol had some shining points we could learn. First, gave a brief introduction before her role play; second, offered some suitable options for customer’s needs to attractive her/him. Michelle also suggested Carol learned more policies about selling and buying houses, so that the customer could get the lower price.

Anyway, failure is the mother of success. If you fail, just summarize your failure and keep going ahead.

Sharing Rocker

After nine members of our club came back from Kunming Fall Conference— the grand feast of knowledge, some of the attendees, Carol Ban and Allen Peng, Sandy Zhang, Eva Chen, shared their feelings with us.

At that great party, the contents were so amazing that Sandy forgot to go to the washing room. The journey in SZTM made them more confident than before. They told us don’t be afraid, just take the first step without any hesitation.

New Officer Election

The most nervous part was coming, were you ready? There were seven positions that you could have a try, of course you should have the membership in advance, president, VPE(vice president of education), VPM(vice president of membership), VPPR(vice president of public relations), Secretary, Treasure, SAA(sergeant at arms, maybe single and available, haha). In order to be elected, all the candidates used two mines to show themselves. According to the candidates and the seconding speakers, we understood that you can learn so much more from SZTM, there are a lot of amazing people you can meet, there are a lot of amazing moments you can find the real you.

After the wonderful competitions, the new team was emerged as the following, Congratulations:

Guest Sharing Time

Nov. Birthday Party

In the intermission of the meeting, we had a birthday party for Michael Liu and Candy Yang. We sang and enjoyed the snacks together. Happy birthday to them, wish all their wishes come true as soon as possible.
