在头马，我们学习如何沟通，如何表达，如何提升领导力，但我们是否有在倾听？

灵魂拷问：Are you a good listener?
一张纸，两个人，假如这张纸代表各自心中最珍贵的东西，如何说服对方放弃这张纸，让给自己？

Eric 请了 Adrian 区长和 Sandy 女神上台，进行现场演练。2 分钟很快过去了，谁也没能说服对方。

回顾一下，我们通常是如何沟通的呢？
We listen but wedon’t hear.

对方讲话时，我们根本没听进去，或者转移话题，或者忙着给建议，对方的苦与泪还得自己吞。

但是，请记得：We human beings have two ears and one mouth, that’s why we need to listen more than speak.

那怎样才算是一个好的倾听者呢？

Deep listening isto listen with ears, eyes and heart.

繁体汉字“聽”完美地诠释了这一理念。

Stay humble. Treat others as a King. Put all your knowledge, suggestions andperceptions into a box.

Deep listening isto help others to relieve the suffering. We can call it compassionatelistening. One hour like that can bring transformation.
