Ree: Of course, I enjoy. I am single in 24 years. Ree: Who do you like in this meeting room? Adam: Who do you like in this room? I think it’s you.

Joan felt bad when her friend left Joan alone and hang out. One week later, Joan caught cold and went into hospital, bump very gentle, handsome guy who took care of Joan very gently.

Jennifer says her 1st time out of hometown to this new city, she ate lonely, worked lonely, did everything by self. Jennifer tried to find some way to kill the time, that why she connected with Toastmaster.

Jessica says she feltlike Roller coaster in her 3 weeks vocation. 1st week, she was busyon VPE stuff, 2nd week she knocked down weechat to get some peacefultime, 3rd week, she turned on weechat and phone 2:00AM in themorning, she expected there was tons of message, but none of them. How lonelyshe was! It’s puzzle on balance connection and being alone.

Daenerys Liu: Daenery, Daenery, Daenery! Remember this name, tonight! Daenerys shares her name from 《Game of throne》. She is ananesthesiologist in hospital. This is the role observes patient’s physiologicalcondition during surgery to ensure surgeon focus on operation. Surgeon and anesthesiologist are gate keeperfor patient’s life.

Round2: How to be a manager

Lily Ding shares howto lead a team. First is to setup team goal. Being clear on team member’s advantage, duty, responsibility. Second is motivation. Providing positive feedback. Third, personality. Last one, being more professional.

Adrian Wong: What’syour feedback on noodles? Sight, taste, hear, smell, feel. Then what’s two keypoints in public speaking?

· Speech content: including Authentic, body, conclusion, description, examples, humor, opening, key message, positivevalue etc

· Speech delivery: includingAttitude, body language, hands, gesture, pitch, pace, tone, stage position, warmth, volume, quality, uncomfortable, movement, nervous, pause, interaction, eye contact

4 steps for feedback:
1. Clear objectives;
2. Observe member performance;
3. Provide immediate feedback;
4. Recognize positive performance.

What’s constructive feedback? Be specific; Speak for yourself; Be sincere; Recognize improvement; Emphasize how actions affect the team; end on a positivenote.

1. Point out a problem
2. Why it’s a problem
3. How to do it better
