A review of the 692nd meeting, where Eric Brother and April both completed their CC pins after two years on their pathways. The meeting nearly fell apart before it began: rain threatened to cancel it, the room was locked until five minutes before start, and several officers, including TTM Lily and Ah Counter Vivian, could not make it on time, so new members Kai and Time were pressed into filling roles on the spot. GE Zoe Zhang gave a candid, detailed evaluation covering the individual evaluators, table topics evaluator, toastmaster of the evening and the meeting's officers.
The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:
刚刚入会的新会员 Time 就这么一脸懵逼的被主席逮了个正着，机智的 Time 赶紧打开 VPM 大大事先分享的会议角色指南，带着小抄就上台介绍了。不知情的观众们对他佩服的五体投地。可惜呀，万事逃不过大魔王 GE 大人的眼睛，GE 大人 Zoe 事后就给了点评说，Time 很鸡贼嘛，偷偷的拿了手机照读
SAA 和主席大大一直联系物业，终于在会议开始前五分钟，将会议室的门打开，对会议布置了如指掌的 SAA 大人居然迅速布置好了会议室，让会议准时举行。
带病的主席大人一边咳咳一边宣布了会议的开始后，一如既往幽默搞笑的 money maker – Link 作为今天的 TME，把大家逗得哄堂大笑，轻轻松松的化解了会议前的紧张气氛。

看过这么多期会议 Review 的小伙伴们一定觉得组织一场精彩的会议是一件轻而易举的事情吧，不然 SZTM 每周二的会议怎么会都这么好玩呢！那你这就 Too young too simple 了。阿甘说，人生就像一盒巧克力，你永远不知道你拿到的会是哪一种。我们主席说，直到开始的那一秒前，会议就像是一盆深不见底的重庆红油火锅，鬼知道你捞起来的会是什么！虽然 SZTMer 们都抱着对 SZTM 的爱，尽可能地参与到会议的每一个环节，BUT，总有一些老板喜欢在下班前一秒通知开会，总有一些车喜欢在下班高峰期堵在你的车前，总有一些急于上地铁的人把到站的你挤回车厢。BUT! SZTMer 就像一个火锅老手，不管捞出来的是什么，我们都能找到最完美的酱料！
#意外多多的 692 次会议
本是阳光灿烂的周二，突然在下午四点多下起暴雨，官员群里炸开了锅，今晚的会议是否还能超常进行。本着不放弃的原则，一直坚持到五点多雨势渐小，我们的官员宝宝们才放心。
可是！就在下班前，TTM 大大 Lily 的上司突然抓起部门开会！Ah Counter Vivian 小仙女还在帮客户处理事情，无法准时到场！SAA Chrissy 大才女临时需要加班！物业的工作人员失误，会议室大门一直被锁无法进入！怎么办？！
别怕，头马人，什么都不怕。

今晚的 Timer 是刚入会的会议 Kai，Kai 十分热情好学，在等会议室开门的十来分钟，很认真的向前辈们请教了如何做好 Timer 的工作，大太阳 Sunny Wang Lian 和 暖男 Eric Bro 十分细心的将毕生所学传说给 Kai。
至于前面说的到不能到场的那些角色怎么办？老规矩，现场抓！

Eric Bro 被 VPE 大大临时抓上台顶上被困公司的 Lily 担任了 TTM 一职。终于等到 Mr. Always The Best(Eric Bro)主动失去了参加 table topic 的机会，大家都抢着上台做 TT，最后被 Vivian 一首清唱夺得今晚最佳 TT。

for the ice breaker. the advices had better be easier. telling a story is not so easy. maybe you can try to tell her how to use the ppt to reduce the nervousness.

fish is good at acting. made the evaluation vivid. also a personal character.
as for today’s topic and the speaker. it’s not so easy to learn your acting skills. maybe next time you can try to find more points that suitable for Louis. such as use the ppt. photo….to support this kind of historical and country’s topics.
her evaluation had a good structure. from the beginning. middle. end to evaluate. big improvement than before.

Toastmaster of the Evening
good at catching the attentions of audience. some of the cold jokes are funny.
can be more professional. don’t put your hand at your pocket. pay attention to your pause and the speed in yours peaking sentences. （注意下讲话的断句，不知道这样英文描述对不对）
Officers
small mistakes in the agenda. and can make the agenda brief. such as introduction of facilitators. you can just put timer ah counter grammar. but not introduction of timer. introduction of ah counter…..
