Meeting #716
SZTM's 716th meeting on March 9, 2020 paired with Soarhigh club around the theme of reading. TME Adrian changed his video background to a bookshelf and introduced each speaker by naming their favorite book, and Timer Christen used red, yellow, and green book covers to signal speaking time. Prepared speeches ranged from Carol Ban demonstrating a rowing machine to Jeff's talk on the two meanings of the letter 'I', and Fish, still in Hubei province, spoke about learning to be a mentor.
The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:

SZTM 和 Soarhigh 的活跃分子都参加了会议，除了合照时刻，相信秘书长 Sunny 都是下图这样的
整个会议都由“阅读”来进行串联， 老主持 Adrian 不仅把自己的背景改为书，在正常会议中介绍每个人时都提到 Ta 最喜欢的书，今晚的最佳主持就是他了。
TTM Joan 则是选择了一本书，让参与即兴演讲的会员和嘉宾随机选一页， Joan 再在该页随机选一个词作为主题词。Bro Eric 毫无意外的斩获最佳即兴。
Timer krisen 也别出心裁的用红黄绿三色书来作为时间提示，最后一个 Speaker 也给出了特殊的书本卡片提示。汇报环节英语流利口音好听， 还精心的记录了每个人的用时，是今晚最优秀的会服人员
第一位备稿演讲者 Carol Ban, 元气满满的线上卖划船机
第二位演讲者是 Lily, 她介绍了宅在家的养成技能 - 做饭。
第三位演讲者是换了新发型的 Jeff, 通过 From ‘i’ to ‘I’ 讲述爱的故事
第四位演讲者是还在湖北的 Big Fish, 他在研究如何做导师，Fish 话语节奏抓耳， 已经有了一种不说话也能让大家想笑的能力，羡慕
第五位演讲者是 Soarhigh 的 Demery, Stay with Myself 这篇演讲在阐述就是人与自我的关系。素颜仍然掩不住的美丽笑容。
三位 IE 来自 Soarhigh, 分别是 Carrie, Winter, Shirely. 另外两位是 Adrian 和 Eric, Eric 同时斩获最佳独立点评

716 详细会议回顾
Opening, Ossenburg (SOARHIGH), he introduced the TM meeting and welcome all the guests.
TME Adrian, he talked about the theme READING and his favourite books. He creatively mentioned every speaker’s favourite books when he introduced the speakers during the whole meeting.
Timer Christen (SOARHIGH), she creatively used a picture of a green/yellow/red cover of a book to indicate the time during the meeting.
GE April, she said reading is a lifelong thing she will insist to do.
TTM Joan, she creatively to use a book to pick up a key word for impromptu speakers to talk about it.
Impromptu speaker Fish, his key word is ECHO. He talked about his characters and how to make friends.
Impromptu speaker Sunny WangLian, her key word is WRONG. She talked about communication and told us sometimes we should change our mind/position when communicate with others.
Impromptu speaker Eric, his key word is PRESIDENT. He talked about the stories of our president Zoe in SZTM.
Impromptu speaker Vivian, her key word is ROOM, she talked about the room of our heart, and dreams.
GST host Leah, she warmly invite all the guests to share something.

TTE Niecy(SOARHIGH), she gave very constructive evaluation to each impromptu speaker.
To Fish: I like your style. Your speech impressed me. Your eye contact is very good.
To Sunny Wang Lian: Your key word is WRONG, but you told us to us correct attitude to communicate with others. You creatively used the opposite method to make a speech.
To Eric: Your pronunciation/eye contact/body language is very good.
To Vivian: You used imaginary method to talked about the key word room and expressed yourself.
Prepare speech section：
IE Carrie(SOARHIGH)：You caught audience’s eyes at the beginning by using PPT/real machine. And you showed us how to use it. Your speech is just like a TV show.
IE Adrian：You made very good connection with audience because the best connection with audience is to tell your own stories. Your smile made us feel relaxed. It is better to make humors when your baby crying and says my baby is hungry now.
<From ‘i’ to ‘I’ >, speaker Jeff talked about the two styles of the letter “I”and the stories with his mother. “I” means big love and big dream in the world.
IE Winter (SOARHIGH): Your hat attracted audience’s attention and your vocal variety in the conversation is very good.
IE Eric: Very good story but pay attention to your vocal variety.
IE Shirley: It is very good that you have different thoughts and your own thoughts.

Closing Zoe: Compare to the regular meeting, the online meeting has its own advantages such as speakers have enough space to show their fitness equipment operation and cooking skills.
