Meeting #719
The notice for SZTM's 719th meeting, held jointly with Artisan club's 45th session, previews a 'why me?' theme aimed at officers, joking that VPE, VPM, and VPPR duties always seem to fall on the same person. It gives the Zoom meeting time and link and invites members to share their own 'why me' stories.
The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:
Listening Adrian’s speech was like watching a talk show, it made audience so relaxing
Speaker Li Zhen: “Losing the job”. This question made him think a lot, economic went down, a lot of people lose their job. It is so meaningful that all of us also need to think about it.
Sunny wang: Her question was “The new ways staying at home”. She told us that she learned how to cook meal in this period.

719th joint meeting with ARTISAN
The theme of tonight’s meeting “Why me”, our carol asked every who gave a speech answer the question: ”Why you?”
Really a good connection to the theme ”why me”.
She is so professional and can deal with any emergency as well as made us relaxing.
Prepared Speech 1
Eric gave us a speech about how to entertain audiences. With his big and warm smile.
Appropriate body language. All of us were attracted by his speech. No wonder he is named as “Mr.Best”.
Eric always use his experience to tell us a funny story to inspire us. Eric won “The Best Speaker”.

April evaluated lyncy for her speech, she was full of passion, she used well-structured, logic evaluation won the prize ”Best evaluator”. Our friend Gavin evaluated Eric’s speech.
Table Topic
In the table topic section. TTM-Cici Jiang propose a creative idea that we should answer table topic question based on “Under the new coronavirus”.
神秘 TTM
Speaker Sunny wang: Her question was ”The new ways staying at home”. She told us that she learned how to cook meal in this period.
Speaker Li Zhen: “Losing the job”. This question made him think a lot, economic went down, a lot of people lose their job. It is so meaningful that all of us also need to think about it.
Speaker April Luo: Talking about “Win the lottery”. April shared his funny stories with us. We all feel her happiness.

He gave a great evaluation, evaluating 4 persons in such a short time was not an easy thing.

Wendy hosted “Guest Sharing Time ” section. Wendy ‘voice was so charming and made us feel she was not nervous. Our guest Brian, Aiden, XM introduced themselves with 30 seconds.

Like his IE Mandy said:” Listening Adrian’s speech was like watching a talk show, it made audience so relaxing”. In his speech, he shared his story and told us “if you want to chase something, go for it.”

Amazing suki brought us an interesting speech ”Write a book”. It is so cool to be a writer, in her speech, she shared with us new ways to write a book.
Every one wanted to have a try after listened her speech.

All facilitators’ reports were so professional.
Andy gave Aa_counter report, Eric and Suki did a very good job. Fiona use an excel to record each one’s time. LiZhen gave us a grammarian report.

Joan asked a lot interesting question. She was so humorous.

Angeltrace Qiu use a professional PPT to show us his general evaluation. His used a table which contains four columns” Name, learned, share, Fun”. It was so amazing that he used PPT to give us a very detail report. We all learned from it, maybe next time we try this one.
