The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:

For Joan, she picked out public speech, it was not scared at all for her…she tried to persuade Tao to give the second baby…she persuaded Tao to have more children to make China great again, and to learn from Lizhen and David, they all have two children.

we held this part during break time to celebrate the birthday of members: Zoe, Chrissy, Eric, Fish, David…VPM Vivian Pan made a beautiful vedio, which collected the photoes of every birthday lady and gentleman

He used a egg to tell the us “A egg, break inside is a new life, broken outside is a meal”. His mum told him this early when he was a boy, then his mentor also told him the same lesson

Scared” Table Topic Speech

Table topic master Chrissy prepared many scared topics. She knew what were our scared things. Such as for Lizhen, his topic was scared phone, as a father, his scared things was phone about his children, about their health and safety.

. For Megan, her scared thing was interview, as a fresh employee, she had to pass many interviews to get the job, it was a nightmare, scared enough.

“For Christine, she is a teacher, and her scared day was Monday, because there are many work to do, to have flag-raising ceremony under big sunshine, to redo the homework for student, and she went to support Xinjian’s school, the condition was even tough.

For Joan, she picked out public speech, it was not scared at all for her, she was talktive and natural at the stage, she tried to persuade Tao to give the second baby, how interesting she was! She persuaded Tao to have more children to make China great again, and to learn from Lizhen and David, they all have two children.

Guest Woo’s topic was “choose”, choose is really a scared thing for most of us, he choosed his job as a teacher and come to Shenzhen.

Adrian’s topic was “marriage”, he is a engineer, a direct man, very rational, he want to marry a younger lady, for he don’t want to have baby too early, he want to study MBA, his scared thing is to marry with a old lady mabe.

Louis gave evaluations to this part.

Firstly, he thought master Chirssy was innovative and well prepared. Secondly, the speakers all had their own stories, each one had special style. But time controll was a weakness. The speakers need to improve in the speed to save time, and also need to react fast after hearing the topic.

Well-prepared Birthday Party

The most memorable party was Birthday Party. We held this part during break time to celebrate the birthday of members: Zoe, Chrissy, Eric, Fish, David. It was well prepared, VPM Vivian Pan made a beautiful vedio, which collected the photoes of every birthday lady and gentleman, it was very funny and professional. Treasurer David booked the cakes and fruits, we shared delicious food and communicated with each other, the meeting room was filled with laughter and happiness.

High Level Prepared Speech

We had four awesome prepared speakers tonight.

The first one was Sunny Wang Fang, her title was “Stay alone”. When some guy suddenly stop contact with her, she felt lonely, it was horrendous. During the Coronavirus epedemic time, she learned to face loneness, making use of the time and learn new skills. Stay alone, life can be colorful as well.

“High level long legs”Ree evaluated for Sunny, she thought Sunny had a good opening, and the content focused on the title. She also advised Sunny to connect the speech to the objective, and the story details can be less, and had more eye contact with the audiences.

The second speaker was Jeff. His title was “To Break”. He used a egg to tell the us “A egg, break inside is a new life, broken outside is a meal”. His mum told him this early when he was a boy, then his mentor also told him the same lesson, he learned it and told that to his patients, changing more peole’s lives.

Fish evaluated Jeff’s speech. He praised Jeff’s body language and stucture, the objective was clear. He also advised Jeff to have a story which including how he overcome the difficlties, that would be more impressive.

Thd third speaker was Frank, his title was “Say Yes, Say No”. As a product quality controller, he often says No, because the customer’s requrement ask him to be strict with the product quality. And he is also a good listener, he need to become a active listener, be patient and listen more.

Jane evaluated for Frank, she noticed Frank’s story were veryvivid, and he was energetic at the stage, he used comparison which was very clear in stucture. From the speech, we can feel Frank was very frank.

The last speaker was Vivian Pan, her title was “listen to your shame”. Her speech was direct into our heart’s vulnerable part: It is shame stop us from moving ahead. Shame is epedemic for our human-beings. we should accept our weakness and forgive ouself and throw the package away.

Lizhen evaluated Vivian’s speech, he was immersed in the speech, and noticed Vivian’s tune had variety, and the points were clear, also had emotion. He advised her to complete the content on how to overcome shame, then it would be better.

During the GST part, we had 7 guests to join us, they introduced themselves to all the audiences, most of them are the first time to join our meeting, warmly welcome!

The big boss GE was Zoe, she evaluated the whole meeting, her evaluation was very professional, strictly following the objective. she was very careful, she even noticed that David was nervous, slim ditails expose the goast.

The shining star was our TME David, a handsome man. Even though he was a little nervous, he made the atmosphere very relaxed and transition smoothly, a handsome master the granttee of a “horrendous”meeting.

Thanks to our deligent facilitators: timer-Tao, Ah-counter-April, Grammarian-Vivian Liu, you made the meeting finished on time, and our speech more wonderful!
