The club posted its own write-up that week. Some of what it said, in the words it used:

his parents used to say he is a man that he should be strong and tough, shouldn’t show his weakness…when he chased girl and was asked why did he love the girl, he didn’t know how to express the feeling

Running every day for 4km no matter it’s working day or holiday…he has run for 1600km in total

She read a lot of psychology books and realized that complaining makes no sense. As long as you try best inner world, then you can accept yourself and love others.

What a wonderful meeting —— reverse meeting.（Announce the results first, then watch their performance.) In order to avoid the confusion, let’s read the agenda: There is no wrong: all the meeting is reversal.

First part: voting for the best (Everyone can predict the best in your own mind). Next our VPE Fish reveals all attendants’ prediction:

3. Vivian Pan is the best evaluator

4. As for the best speaker, we can’t reach the agreement. all four speakers are possible to be the tonight best speaker. That is because all of them are senior members and powerful speakers——Fish Liu, April Luo, Alex Sun and Li Zhen.

I am so admired those evaluators! How do they give the evaluation without watching speaker’s performance? 看他们一本正经眉飞色舞地点（Hu）评(Lie)着(Lie). I am surprised by their behavior. No wonder there are so many actors and actresses in SZTM.

Group1:

Tao evaluates Fish——Straight man

We all know fish is single but we don’t know why? In his speech, he said his parents used to say he is a man that he should be strong and tough, shouldn’t show his weakness. In this way, when he chased girl and was asked why did he love the girl, he didn’t know how to express the feeling. As a straight man, no doubt he failed, at least he learned the lesson from the experience. He started to learn to understand others’ feelings and requirement. Then, he had a girlfriend. After all, falling in love is easier than getting along well with each other. Finally, they broke up. The heart-broken Fish asked help for Eric, and Eric told him: he needs to release your feelings and understand others more, don’t be so straight but a warm man.”The warm fish will get his Ms.right soon and they will live a happy life together.

Group2:

Vivian Pan evaluates April——Panal Discuss

IE: Do you like April’s speech? Of course, not only her creative theme, but her fluent English and power. thanks for her speech, we know more about the Panal Discuss.

Wow, It’s a 15-20-long speech. April is so smart that choose the form of speech ——discussing within all audience and getting the results.

At beginning, she asked what’s a good story?

——the basic factor: role/time /location(who, when, where); What & How: conflicts, ending, reverse. Learning by doing. then all attendants were divided into two groups and each group need to make up a good story and demonstrate it. Finally, April picked up Stella to show her next speech in the frame of good story. Thanks! I know how to write a good story in my speech.

Group3:

Miguel evaluates Alex——2 MENTEOR

IE: From Alex’s speech, we can completely know the charming of mentor system and how great an improvement mentee can get. Although, Alex’s mother club is in Shenyang. He was attracted to joined SZTM by the always best Mr.Eric. As a fan of brother Eric, absolutely Alex is a mentee of brother. Eric not only helped Alex how to deliver a good speech from the content to the body language, but also give him a lot of courage in his life. So I am very envious of Alex’s efforts and attempts: getting so many times award of best speaker, the humour characters of hosting and the hot dancing. In his speech, i learned that a mentor can ignite the dreams and give the mentee bravery to chase it. And finally to realize the dream. So, all of the members are dream witnesses.

Group4:

Vivian Pan evaluates Lizhen —— Knowledge learning.

IE: I have to admire Vivian pan, who can give a whole 3 minutes feedback to Lizhen‘s speech, just after reading his speech script.

As the always first, Lizhen inspires me a lot. At regular meeting, every time we can see he rushing to stage giving his impromptu

speech. He is ready for every backup opportunity. So tonight we can listen to his speech knowledge learning. It is said “if you are not moving ahead, you would fall behind.” Living in the high pressure city life, all of us is afraid to be out of the society. we are anxious to learn knowledge. In his speech, he compared students’ learning is easier than adults, that’s because they have teachers, parents event classmates’ supervision and have all kinds of goals and examinations. For adults, we can’t learn knowledge blindly, but study sth based on your career plan. He shared his own experience: he wanted to be an technique expert, who should has master degree and perfect English ability. he has been working hard to learn English and researching the technique for five years. And now, he is an expert with salary rising and promotion. I am touched by Lizhen’s speech, which gives us a good examples how to find a clear direction in our occupation and how to achieve our career plan.

what is the experience proud of yourself.

Running every day for 4km no matter it’s working day or holiday, no matter he is in shenzhen or have a business in other place With his persistence, he has run for 1600km in total, in which he becomes healthier, more energetic and confident.

Miguel said he thought he was hard working all the time. But until he came back to china from Spain. He changed his mind. Chinese are the most hard working people, who work hard to buy house and whatever they want. And Now he is living in Shenzhen, he can know more about china traditional culture.

what do others think about you? Do you agree?

All members call her 罗万能：capable to every thing. To be honest, as a female/human being, she doesn’t like it. But when she cares about sth, just do it. In order to do it well, she has to push herself study more. If you want be capable, be SZTM ’s official.

What is the character you appreciate most? Every table topic, all of us are always surprised by Eric brother, not by his good English, but his completed warm story. never give up easily, in which we know why Eric is so warm and wise. When he was a child, he didn’t like to speak anyone and always alone. Teacher and classmates thought he maybe had some problems. But his parents didn’t think so. With his parents’ love and encouragement, he became more and more confident and easygoing. Because his parents have faith with him and he never gives up easily, he grows up to the always best. Now the always best starts his own business which will become the best business.

Do you have some bad habit?

She said she used to complain a lot. At that time she didn’t know where she was going. There was a turning point when she was 26 years old. She read a lot of psychology books and realized that complaining makes no sense. As long as you try best inner world, then you can accept yourself and love others. Although i knew Vivian Pan this year. She gave me a very deep impression that no matter tasks are, she always finished them perfectly. How amazing!

What do you think of the success?

She said she grew up in a small village. When she was a child, she thought making a lot of money and getting out of the poor village would be success. But now ，being healthy, family members loving each other and having a few close friends, and don’t worry about the money would be success.

If you can travel back to 10yesrs ago, what do you want to talk to him？

He hoped he could go to big city after graduation.

Facilitator Group

In this reverse meeting, our facilitators delivered their reports at first based on imagination, then introduced their functions to audience at the end of meeting. How interesting!
