Pressure to Treasure
SZTM's 823rd meeting review, on the theme of turning pressure into treasure. Sampson cooked his way through quarantine, Vincent recounted why he is excited to join SZTM, Catherine offered three ways to encourage colleagues (encouragement, OKR, and transparency), and Olivia thanked her mentors while looking for a new one. Table Topics, hosted by Merianne with a slide deck, asked five members about pressure and treasure, and the notice previews the 824th meeting on the theme of Back to School.
Prepared speeches
Sampson spoke on “Anyone can cook.” (E.H. 2.3). Vincent spoke on “Why I choose SZTM” (Ice breaker). Catherine spoke on “How to motivate team members” (TC 4.1). Olivia spoke on “Olivia looks for her mentor” (PM2.2).

Meeting Review
Pressure and treasure always translate into each other. We are stressed out for the limited vocations today. But we get a valuable meeting and wonderful feedback tonight. Hope everything becomes better and better.

Sampson shows anyone can cook from his quarantine cooking.
Then, Vincent reviews his scenes in SZTM and is excited to join SZTM.
After a break, Catherine tells three methods (encouragement, OKR, transparency) to encourage colleagues.
Olivia is grateful for her mentors and is looking for a new mentor.
Four evaluators (Suwen, April, Angie, and Tao) commended and recommended these speeches.

Five attendees (Bob, Center, Tiger, Edge, and Mona) shared specific stories about pressure and treasure.
In the end, Vivian delivered a standard evaluation for TTM and every speaker.
