Four speakers took the stage on this marriage-themed evening. Edwin delivered “Mutual Understanding” as part of his Presentation Mastery pathway. Sampson followed with “Invisible Wings” from Engaging Humor, and generously treated the entire audience to yogurt drinks he had ordered in advance. Poornima rounded out the prepared speeches with “Let Boys Be Boys,” a Positive Intelligence project on staying aware of thoughts, feelings, and their impact on others.

Table Topics with a Twist

Anna prepared a PPT-based Table Topics session tied to the marriage theme, coordinating with fellow members beforehand to make sure the projector was set up and ready.

Behind the Scenes

The energy was high both before and after the meeting. One speaker shared that she came up with her entire speech while running on a treadmill for an hour. A member got lost in the Chegongmiao metro station on the way to the pre-meeting dinner, prompting a rescue mission to guide her to the malatang restaurant. After the meeting, members exchanged thanks and feedback late into the evening.
