This meeting featured a 30-minute workshop by Eleven Liu on crisis communication. A seasoned corporate PR professional, Eleven drew on eight years of experience managing global product launches and press conferences. Rather than lecturing, he dropped participants straight into difficult real-life scenarios, asking them to work out what to say and how to say it before revealing his own approach.

Jingjing opened with “Heart Head and Hand,” exploring the harmony between feeling, thinking, and doing. Jason followed with “Stories” for his Humorously Ever After project. Ivy’s Table Topics session stood out for its carefully crafted scenarios based on real incidents that had gone viral, each presenting a genuine moral dilemma.

It’s an unforgettable evening. Although the theme is “crisis” happened, it’s feel like “surprise” is coming. Interesting~ Full of joy and laughter.
