A Debate on Happiness
Meeting 943 took a different format: a mini debate on whether pursuing happiness is the main goal in life. The affirmative side (Stella, Peter, Enya, Candy) squared off against the negative side (Ivy, Alfred, Christy, Lynn) through opening statements, structured arguments, free debate, and closing remarks. The audience was drawn in too, with floor debate adding to the energy.
Icebreaker Speeches
Two new members delivered their icebreaker speeches on the same evening. Candy managed to prepare her speech while traveling on a business trip, and Linna also took the stage for the first time.
