Joint Meeting with PRO

Meeting 949 was a joint session with PRO Toastmasters Club, held at their venue in Chegongmiao. Members were encouraged to wear their SZTM T-shirts and name badges to represent the club.

I am just putting my SZTM t-shirt and name badge into my bag. Please wear your T-shirt and badge tomorrow, if you can. Remember we are all brand ambassadors for our club!

The SAA warmup featured a sandplay meditation experience led by Josh.

Speeches

Poornima delivered “Love story2.0” from the Engaging Humour pathway. The speech drew playful rivalry between the two clubs:

Vs. this is our value proposition. At SZTM everyone is a 冠军 in their own style!

Ivy Tien followed with “Jump into the swimming pool,” a Presentation Mastery project on evaluation and feedback.

Turnout

The joint format brought a strong showing from both clubs, with Poornima thanking members the next morning for turning up in big numbers.
