Officer Election

No prepared speeches tonight. Meeting #952 was dedicated to electing the officer team for the term from December 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Each outgoing officer reported on their role, candidates gave two-minute campaign speeches, and all members voted.

A Quorum, Barely

The evening started slow. With only eight active members present at 7 PM, the club needed at least seven more before the election could begin.

Stepping Up

Several members stepped into officer roles for the first time. One new president reflected afterward on the impulse that led her to raise her hand:
