Four speakers took the stage this evening. Poornima stepped in on short notice after Alfred had to cancel, delivering “To my second son” under the Mentoring pathway. One line stood out in the group chat: “Nothing in life a piece of cake… you just need to put effort to make it look effortless.” Becky tackled “Aggressive Person” for project 3.4, demonstrating active listening skills. Brent shared “My Journey on Investment” and Jason closed with “Aha,” a challenge he took on without a script.

The Postcard Theme

The theme carried well beyond the meeting itself. Lynn ran Table Topics around postcards, and afterward shared a platform for sending postcards to strangers internationally, sparking stories of postcards lost in transit and cross-border surprises.

Behind the Scenes

This was the first meeting under the new officer team, with Stella as Meeting Manager and Ivy pulling double duty as TME and MOT. Ivy also designed her first poster as VPPR, which eagle-eyed members spotted had “Postercard” instead of “Postcard.” Candy’s creative photo editing earned praise too, with sticker overlays deployed to handle some unfortunate angles.
