Year-end Summary

The 955th meeting landed on the last regular meeting week before the holidays, and the theme “Year-end Summary” set the tone for reflection. Four speakers took the stage, each offering a distinct perspective on looking back and moving forward.

Speeches

Edwin opened with “Glory & Sufferings,” drawing on storytelling to weave together the highs and lows of his year. Two Icebreaker speeches followed: Amy shared her journey of “Embracing Change,” while Vera explored “How to Love Yourself,” a talk that later found its way onto Xiaohongshu and caught the attention of her colleagues. Rita closed the prepared speeches with “Three Types of Entrepreneurs.”

Behind the Scenes

The meeting saw its share of last-minute shuffles. Christy stepped in as SAA after Ivy had a sudden conflict, and the Hark Master role was filled on-site after Becky was called away for work. Edwin, wearing both the Meeting Manager and speaker hats, kept everything running smoothly.

A new member, Benson, joined the club that evening, invited by Toto. After the meeting, Ivy created personalized inspirational quote posters for all four speakers.
