The NMO meeting
An account of a combined New Member Orientation and EXCO meeting held on a Sunday afternoon at the Honggui Hotel Elvis wine club. The new officer team ran the orientation as a gift contest instead of a lecture, and Yoki opened with guzheng music while Seaborn closed with a guitar song.

Even high temperature can not stop the enthusiasm of growth, on Sunday afternoon, the SZTM meeting for new member orientation and exco was held in the Honggui Hotel Elvis wine club.
opening remarkFirst, beautiful and versatile Yoki to play the guzheng for us, in her beautiful Guzheng music, we began the meeting. This time our official team changed the training way that used to be boring, and used the form of a gift contest, which increased the interest component, and caused our learning enthusiasm. This funny and interactive way helped us easily learn and understand the Toastmaster’s background, history, organization, education program, activities, operation process etc.
Under the leadership of the new official teem, Shenzhen Toastmaster will become the most warm, the best club. At the end of the new member orientation meeting, our handsome abd humorous Seaboon played a guitar song for us.
